Pork or soup bones (add as desired)

👨🍳 Suggested Cooking Method:

Soak conch slices for ~4 hours until soft, then cut into pieces

Blanch pork ribs with ginger and spring onion

Rinse and soak monkey head mushroom, squeeze dry like a towel 2–3 times

Rinse all herbs lightly

Add 11–12 bowls of water, bring to boil, add all ingredients

Boil 10 minutes, then simmer for ~2 hours (or pressure cook for 5–10 mins)

Add salt to taste and serve
